A meeting between three musicians of fire fiercely creative, capable of evoking ancient shamanic fervor, archaic flavor in a continuous series of suggestions. The deep and advanced flute of Nils Gerold (DE) meets here with the tumultuous and secure drums of Stefano Giust, along with the flexible and uninhibited and so expressive piano of Nicola Guazzaloca, in free improvisation. They met for the first time in summer 2011 in Bologna. After playing a very successful concert, they founded the trio. Inspite of their wide both musical and geographical backgrounds – from contemporary new music to punk, chinese and japanese music – and from middle Italy to north Germany, their improvisations seem to come from the same mind. Their music is deeply rooted in the free jazz tradition.
